Melodusk: An AI Music Generator for Finished Tracks from Text
Melodusk turns a text prompt into a mixed vocal or instrumental track. Here is what it is for, how it differs from stock music, and how to try it.
Melodusk is an AI music generator built for finished tracks, not isolated loops. You describe a mood, a genre, and what the song should do, then it produces a mixed clip that can include melody, arrangement, and optional vocals.
That is a different job from browsing a stock library. A library hands you someone else's cue. Melodusk tries to write the cue from the sentence you typed.
What it generates
A typical prompt can name several musical choices at once:
- Genre and mood, from ambient beds to dance or country
- Instruments you want in the mix
- Tempo or energy, plus a target length
- Vocal or instrumental output
- A short scene, such as a late-night drive or a product-launch sting
Each generation is a fully mixed track, usually ready in under two minutes. The workspace also lists supporting tools for the same file, including a vocal remover and a stem splitter, so you can pull parts out after the first pass.
The prompt style is straightforward: mood + genre + instruments + energy + vocal or instrumental.
Upbeat electronic dance music with piano melodies, bright and driving, instrumental, about one minute.
If that sentence is what you want to hear, you are in the right tool.
How it differs from stock music
A stock library is the simpler choice when you only need a proven cue and a license you already understand. You search, preview, and drop the file on the timeline. The tradeoff is that the track already exists in other videos.
Melodusk is aimed at the opposite case:
